AccommoTrack is a digital tool provided as a Google Sheets–based system designed to assist educators with the documentation of student accommodation use. Upon purchase, users receive access to make a personal copy of the product into their own Google account.
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use AccommoTrack for your own professional or classroom use.

All design, structure, scripts, branding, and original content associated with AccommoTrack remain the intellectual property of the developer.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or product—only the right to use it as described above.
All data entered into AccommoTrack is stored entirely within the user’s own Google account. The developer does not collect, access, store, or view any user-entered data.

General website traffic analytics may be collected using Google Analytics for the purpose of understanding site usage and improving the product experience. This data is anonymous, aggregated, and not connected to any AccommoTrack user data.
AccommoTrack is provided as a documentation support tool, not a compliance guarantee.
The developer makes no claim that use of this product alone ensures legal, district, or regulatory compliance. Final responsibility for documentation practices remains with the user and their institution.
AccommoTrack is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability, no guarantee is made that the product will be error-free or meet all user-specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use AccommoTrack.
This includes—but is not limited to—data loss, reporting errors, administrative decisions, or compliance outcomes.
The developer may update, revise, or improve AccommoTrack at any time. Users are not guaranteed ongoing updates or support unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Terms and Conditions may also be updated as necessary. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Violation of these terms may result in revocation of access or license without refund.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

AccommoTrack is a digital product that provides immediate access upon purchase. Once access is delivered, the product cannot be returned.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds for time spent using the product will not be provided.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate termination of access and license.
